Equity cannot exist without equality.
The recognition and redistribution of privilege is essential;
In a world in which few of the 1% possess enough wealth to sustain the entire continent, equity is just a dream.
If you don’t give back to non profits and communities beyond your own I’m looking sideways.
Here’s a challenge, if you truly seek the liberation of all, redistribute your privilege and commit to redistributing at least 10% of your income.
