I’m curious… how do your plants contribute towards your wellbeing? How do you use this space to heal?
Please share your experiences,
I have heard personally some of you use plants to heal from trauma, anxiety and depression but if you’d like to use this space to share please do. Maybe we can uplift someone’s life with our story’s. I personally surround myself with plants to calm my anxiety and to connect with the great Mother Earth, I find it healing to connect with plants that others have used thought history. This silver satin pothos has managed to bring a sparkle into my day, so have a photograph also 💚 blessings to those who choose to share.
